All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

LuxuryVault ships worldwide.
International customers may be responsible for:

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages
LuxuryVault is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, LuxuryVault cannot guarantee replacement or refund eligibility.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
